            Pullups.

            5 x 5

Add weight to a bad worn on your back when you can exceed 5 reps.

Go checkout post your question in the beginners cage and you will get tons of relative info and support. They hold prize draws for free equipment and supplements too.

Well lats respond really well to pull ups and its pretty cool when you can make pull ups look effortless. But since you don’t have a gym well I would say push ups. They work your entire upper body not just your chest and triceps contrary to popular belief. When they become to easy you can always lift your feet up on a chair and put your 2 weights on your back. Or for safety’s sake put them inside a backpack and wear the backpack when you do them. Bent over-rows are another option but they will be far less effective than push ups.

Another option is to get a sturdy desk lie under it and place your palms on the top gripping the edge. Using the underhand grip pull your body to the top of the desk. Its simply a variation of a pull up but you don’t need a bar to do it. You can find a tree and use the branches for pull ups. Or just go climbing trees, rocks whatever. Rowing a boat works as well.

You don’t necessarily need to use typical weights either filling a sturdy backpack with heavy things works wonders. Its not like the gladiators in the roman days had Olympic benches either. They used their natural environments to become stronger.
